We have been working with the WelTech centre and Louise for many years; and renting since 2019. From the very beginning, Louise, Madeleine, Tracey (to name a few) and the team have been a professional joy to work with. They have been understanding and helpful when we have needed help and have made sure that the atmosphere at the WelTech remains upbeat, friendly and professional.

Finally, and by no means least, we have found that the regular circulars of information that Madeleine and Louise send out highlight useful SME information that we would not know about and has helped out our business.

Hertfordshire Hearing Advisory Service had hired the Board Room at Weltech Business Centre for some years when the need to relocate the Charity became necessary, it was our preferred choice. Centrally located within the county, and with reasonable room charges and flexibility for operational needs, later on, it made strategic sense. It could be the cost, excellent value!

It could be the flexibility, as my business has expanded and contracted I have been able to move units with ease.

It could be the sense of community, everyone is very friendly and often become each other’s customers.

Or even the very friendly and efficient management staff, always accommodating and willing to help.

It is always helpful to have free parking for us and our clients.

Although from time to time I have looked for alternative premises, I have never yet found anything more suitable.

Being located at the WelTech Business Centre has enabled us to grow as a business since moving here in early 2011 we have been able to move into larger units a couple of times as we have needed to expand the workforce. We also have many staff that work out in the community and need to drop into the office at various times during the week and it’s always a bonus to know that there is parking on site. Having a Reception and Post room is also so important to us as well as the availability of the Boardroom for meetings. On the whole being based here at the WelTech Business Centre is a real advantage to our business.
