Centre Manager
Louise has many years’ experience in property management and has successfully managed WelTech since 2003. Supporting start-up to established businesses with their office needs.
Louise was instrumental in the planning, development and launch of the HatTech Business Centre that opened in September 2020.

Maddy Hodgkinson
Deputy Centre Manager
Maddy joined WelTech in 2007 and after a short career move, returned to WelTech as the Deputy Centre Manager in August 2018. Maddy’s role is to assist businesses with their office moves including the set-up of the telephony system and broadband connection.

Kadeem Kandekore
Centre Administrator/Social Media Co-ordinator
Kadeem joined the team in January 2022 from the fitness industry and brings with him previous customer service experience. Kadeem’s role is to support the operation of the Centre’s and to assist with the marketing of both WelTech and HatTech throughout the Borough, in particular managing the Centres’ websites and social media accounts. Kadeem is also responsible for the Centres’ Wellbeing events and supports the Centre Manager with providing Business Networking opportunities.

URSZULA EDWARDS
Receptionist (HatTech Business Centre)
Urszula joined the team in November 2021 as a full-time receptionist. Urszula will meet and greet your visitors in a professional, polite manner and manage your incoming calls and messages. Urszula is also responsible for meeting room bookings, postal services and can provide administrative support.

Tracey Gooding
Receptionist (WelTech Business Centre)
Tracey joined WelTech in 2017 as a part time Receptionist. Tracey will meet and greet your visitors in a professional, polite manner and manage your incoming calls. Tracey is responsible for meeting room bookings and offers administration support.

MARGARET WHITING

Margaret joined the team in October 2021 as a part-time receptionist. Margaret will meet and greet your visitors in a professional, polite manner and manage your incoming calls and messages.
