Louise has many years’ experience in property management and has successfully managed WelTech since 2003. Supporting start-up to established businesses with their office needs.
Louise was instrumental in the planning, development and launch of the HatTech Business Centre that opened in September 2020.
Deputy Centre Manager
Kadeem’s role is to assist and support the running of the centres. He joined the team in January 2022 as the Centre Administrator & Social Media Co-Ordinator, during which time he manged both centres’ networking events, social media platforms and websites. In January 2023, Kadeem was promoted to Deputy Centre Manager. He works between both sites but is available to assist businesses at either site during the working day.
Centre Administrator | Social Media Co-ordinator
Charlotte joined the team in April 2023 as Centre Administrator & Social Media Co-ordinator. Her role is customer-focused, welcoming new licensees and managing the onboarding and vacation process. Charlotte is also responsible for both centres’ social media platforms, networking events and websites. She works across both sites and is always available to answer any client queries. In addition, Charlotte is responsible for the facilities management of WelTech.
Receptionist (HatTech Business Centre)
Urszula joined the team in November 2021 as a full-time receptionist. Urszula will meet and greet your visitors in a professional, polite manner and manage your incoming calls and messages. Urszula is also responsible for meeting room bookings, postal services and can provide administrative support.

Tracey joined WelTech in 2017 as a part time Receptionist. Tracey will meet and greet your visitors in a professional, polite manner and manage your incoming calls. Tracey is responsible for meeting room bookings and offers administration support.
