Lift
For the use and convenience of everyone as an aid to move heavy items from ground floor to first floor. Our Stannah hydraulic lift has a maximum lifting capacity of 8 persons or 630kg.

Building & Public liability insurance
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is responsible for insuring the building and the communal, public areas. The certificate of employer’s liability insurance is displayed in the Centre Managers office. Licensees are responsible for their own business contents insurance.

Free monthly broadband
Broadband is available within each business office. Maximum user bandwidth available is up to 10Mb per office.

Postal services
WelTech has the provision of a franking machine. Mail is franked and can be sent by recorded or special delivery. The client is recharged on a monthly basis.

Unloading access
To the rear of the car park there is a sloped area providing easy access for deliveries to be made and collected.

Postroom & Mail boxes
An internal pigeon hole for each business office and Virtual Office Member with Mail Receipt services is available for the daily post. Upon receipt of the mail, it is sorted by the WelTech team into the relevant pigeon holes. Deliveries can be signed for by the WelTech team upon the Licensees instruction and stored securely within the post room until collected by the end of the working day. The post room is locked and alarmed outside of WelTech reception hours.

24Hr access
All Licensees and their staff may enter the building 24 hours, 7 days a week using an authorised proximity card.

Ample car parking
Adequate non allocated parking has been provided by WelTech. Disabled parking is available at the front and rear of the building.

Meeting Room
The meeting room is available to use by Licensees, Non-Licensees and external companies. The room is charged at an hourly rate which includes WiFi access and refreshments. To make a booking please call WelTech on 01707 336969.

On site team
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council employ an onsite team to manage the day to day running of the Centre. Reception will greet your guests as well as carry out administration support services such as answering switchboard calls and franking mail.
