Message Taking

This facility includes the allocation of a direct dial telephone number for your business; there is a one off programming charge for this facility. Calls will be answered by reception in your company name. Reception will then take messages that can be emailed or telephoned through to you for your convenience. Reception does have the facility on the switchboard to re direct the call to another telephone number if required. Alternatively a permanent divert can be set up from the direct dial number to another number of your choice if preferred.
